HR Administrator
THE ROLE
The HR Administrator provides support to the HR Manager in the execution of all things People & Culture, Training & Development, Recruitment & the Employee Lifecycle. This role is instrumental in assisting to drive HR strategic objectives and ensure best practice is upheld across all HR facets.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the administrative function of the recruitment process including, drafting advertisements, position descriptions, setting up interviews and managing all written correspondence
- Talent sourcing
- Manage the onboarding process of all new starters including paperwork & filing
- Assist with relevant IT systems set up and tracking
- Assist with the management of employee changes and updates
- Implement and help manage the reward and recognition program including all culture initiatives
- Assist our Payroll Officer with paperwork coordination and new starter information
- Track and manage OH&S registers
- Assist with any internal team events
- Manage the HR calendar in line with business initiatives
- Track all HR related expenses for budgeting purposes
- Assist with organising all training and development requirements
ABOUT YOU
You will have a positive attitude, be approachable & have a desire to effect positive change.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within HR administration
- Previous experience or exposure to recruitment processes
- High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail
- Strong organisational skills
- Can-do attitude
- Competent across Microsoft office
- A degree or certificate qualification in HR or a related field will be highly regarded
