HR Administrator


The HR Administrator provides support to the HR Manager in the execution of all things People & Culture, Training & Development, Recruitment & the Employee Lifecycle. This role is instrumental in assisting to drive HR strategic objectives and ensure best practice is upheld across all HR facets.


  • Manage the administrative function of the recruitment process including, drafting advertisements, position descriptions, setting up interviews and managing all written correspondence
  • Talent sourcing
  • Manage the onboarding process of all new starters including paperwork & filing
  • Assist with relevant IT systems set up and tracking
  • Assist with the management of employee changes and updates
  • Implement and help manage the reward and recognition program including all culture initiatives
  • Assist our Payroll Officer with paperwork coordination and new starter information
  • Track and manage OH&S registers
  • Assist with any internal team events
  • Manage the HR calendar in line with business initiatives
  • Track all HR related expenses for budgeting purposes
  • Assist with organising all training and development requirements



You will have a positive attitude, be approachable & have a desire to effect positive change.


      • Minimum 2 years’ experience within HR administration
      • Previous experience or exposure to recruitment processes
      • High level of data entry accuracy and attention to detail
      • Strong organisational skills
      • Can-do attitude
      • Competent across Microsoft office
      • A degree or certificate qualification in HR or a related field will be highly regarded
