Marketing Coordinator {12 Month Fixed-Term Contract}
Location: Byron Bay Full Time

We are looking for an experienced and driven hands-on Marketing Coordinator to join our Byron based team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Play a key role in supporting and executing brand aligned marketing initiatives that drive awareness, engagement and sales. This is a rare opportunity to shape the marketing function, working closely with our Content, Ecommerce and Creative teams.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  

- Planning and coordinating end-to-end marketing campaigns and key brand activations

- Working closely with Content, Ecommerce, Creative and Brand teams to ensure aligned execution

- Manage campaign shoots and lookbook production, including on-set assistance

- Coordinating shoot logistics, samples, styling support and production schedules

- Supporting digital, ecommerce and promotional timelines

- Assist in content creation: organisation, creation, post-production editing and filing

- Tracking marketing spend, budgets and campaign performance

- Monitoring competitors, trends and market insights

ABOUT YOU:

- Strong organisational, project coordination and time management skills

- A proactive, adaptable and self-motivated approach

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

- High attention to detail and confidence working across creative and commercial teams

- Experience working across digital platforms and social media

- A valid driver’s licence and access to your own transport

DESIRABLE SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:

 

- Tertiary qualification in Marketing, Communications or similar

- Fashion, retail or lifestyle brand experience

- Experience with SEO, paid search, social media, and email marketing
