Spell Shipping Steps
Shipping Policy

You are currently on our Australian based website, which ships to Australia and internationally excluding the US. If you are shipping to the US please click here.


All orders placed on our Australian website are sent from our Australian based warehouse. We offer Free Shipping for all Australian orders over $150.

Packaging Options

Choose between our Eco Packaging and our Signature Gift Wrapping options at checkout.


Eco Packaging Option

Cost: Free


Your order will be sent in our 100% organic cotton eco bags, our smaller sizes feature a drawstring closure with our larger sizes being a tote style. To ensure your items arrive in perfect condition, they will be sent in our 100% biodegradable poly bags.


Gift Wrapping Option

Cost: $7


Your order will be sent in our signature Spell box and will be wrapped in tissue paper.


Bridal


You will receive our signature Spell Bridal Box and your gown wrapped in tissue paper.


Recycling & Finer Details


Our Eco Drawstring Bags are unbleached, organic cotton & reusable. We thank you for choosing to walk a little lighter on this earth.


We have moved to 100% compostable polybags. As these bags break down naturally, they can be placed in your compost or organics waste bin.


Please Note: Some older items may still be packaged in our non- bio-degradable polybags. We recommend contacting your local council to find out how to recycle these, as it can vary depending on what facilities they have available.

Shipping Within Australia

- Free Shipping for all orders over $150


- Flat Rate $9.95 for orders under $150


- Express Courier Service $12.95


All orders are sent via Australia Post's Regular Service or Aramex and take 2-5 business days to arrive after dispatch. In addition, an Express Courier service is available for orders within Australia for $12.95. These orders will be sent with Australia Post's Express Service, and take 1-3 business days to arrive after dispatch.


All orders placed before 1pm AEST are processed the next business day. Once your order is dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details.

Traditional Place Names

To acknowledge the Traditional Custodians of the land your item is being delivered on, you can include the traditional place name in the address field at checkout. We've named this field for you to ensure your parcel is addressed correctly.

Processing And Delivery Times

All orders placed before 1pm AEST time are dispatched the next business day, this includes orders sent with our Express Courier service.


Please note: during busy periods or within 5 days of a new collection launch or sale, there may be some delays


Once your order has been placed, a confirmation email will immediately be sent to your nominated email address. If you do not receive a confirmation email, please email us at enquiries@spell.co. Deliveries are sent during normal business hours Monday to Friday. Purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Internationally

If you are located outside of Australia, we offer two services:


International Courier (Australia Post)


- Flat Rate $25


- Delivery between 5-14 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries)


- Fully trackable


- Signature required


Once dispatched you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking details. Once your order arrives in your country it will be passed onto your local post office to complete delivery. We recommend contacting your local post office directly if you experience any problems with the delivery of your order.


DHL Express


- Flat Rate $35


- Delivery between 3-7 business days (shipping may take longer to some countries)


- Fully trackable


- Signature required


Please note: due to the COVID-19 pandemic there may be extended delays with international shipping, we recommend referring to the carriers website for the most up to date information in relation to your country.

 

All international orders require a phone number for delivery and cannot be delivered to a PO Box or Hotel.

Shipping internationally does mean that you may be required to pay customs and import taxes. All international customers are responsible for the customs rates within their own country. Spell is legally required to declare the full dollar value paid on international shipments and must include an invoice for customs should they require it.

Changes To Your Order

Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes or cancel your order once it has been placed. Please ensure all details on your order are correct before submitting your order, in particular we recommend double checking your email address and delivery address. Please note: we reserve the right to cancel any order at any time.

What is Route+?

We're proud to partner with Route, the leader in package protection and tracking solutions. By selecting Route+ at checkout your order will be protected from damage, loss*, or theft. In the unfortunate case that your order never comes or is broken upon arrival, you can easily file a claim with Route and receive a replacement or be fully reimbursed. We are excited to offer this service to you and we highly recommend you use Route+ package protection at checkout.


*Claims for packages marked "delivered" yet not received and where there is no evidence of “porch piracy” must be made 5 days after “delivery date” but no longer than 15 days to ensure it was not misdelivered or easily found around the premises." Claims for packages presumed to be lost (where the status is not "delivered") must be filed after 7 days (20 days for international) and within 30 days from the last checkpoint.
