What is reSPELL?
reSPELL is our very own online resale platform in partnership with TREET where you can buy and sell your pre-loved Spell pieces. reSPELL is currently available to our Australian community only.

 

How do I list an item?

Visit our reSPELL page here and follow the prompts to upload photos, provide a description, and set a price for your pre-loved item. Once submitted, your listing will be reviewed and published on the platform for others to browse and purchase.

 

How does the listing review process work?

The listing review process involves a specialised team reviewing each submitted item to ensure it is authenticate and meets resale standards. They check for accurate descriptions, clear photos, and condition of the item. Once the listing is approved, it will be published on the platform for resale.

 

How are items authenticated?

Items are first authenticated by the seller, who must provide detailed descriptions and photos of the garment, including labels and any unique features. This information is reviewed to ensure the item is an authentic Spell product before being approved for resale.

 

How does the store credit work?

You can choose to receive a store credit instead of cash for your sold items. This store credit can be used toward your future purchases on our website.

 

What's the refund and return policy?

 

All orders made through reSPELL are backed by TREET Protection: get the item that was promised in the condition it was promised in, or receive a full refund.

In order to receive a refund for your order, please contact TREET to file a Misrepresentation Claim within 72 hours of receiving your order.

 Here are the steps to start your Misrepresentation Claim.

If for whatever reason you decide you don’t like your item, this is not covered in TREET Protection, but you still can re-list the product without paying any Seller fees. In this case, you must request to re-list the item within 72 hours of its arrival by contacting support@treet.co
