The Spell x Verandah House Country Estate x Brookies Gin Giveaway 2026 (“Promotion”) is promoted by Spell Designs Pty Ltd (ABN 68 605 908 496) (“Spell”) of Unit 1/14 Banksia Drive, Byron Bay, NSW, Australia, 2481. 

Instructions on how to enter and other details contained within these promotional advertisements form part of these terms and conditions below (“Conditions of Entry”), available online at https://aus.spell.co/pages/promotional-terms-and-conditions. By entering this Promotion and claiming the prize, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these Conditions of Entry.  

The Promotion starts on Friday, September 11, 2026 at 10am AEST and closes on Sunday, September 13, 2026 at 11:59pm AEST. No entries will be accepted outside this time. Spell will notify entrants when the prizes have been won, at which point the Promotion has ended.

ELIGIBILITY

Entry to the Promotion is open to Australia only and for anyone 18 years old or over.  

Employees of the Promoters and agencies associated with this Promotion are ineligible to enter the Promotion, as are their immediate families.

HOW TO ENTER

 To enter, entrants must, during the Promotion Period:

Follow @spell @spelladventureclub @vhcountryestate and @brookiesgin on Instagram; AND

Tag a friend in the comments of the official giveaway post; AND

Re-post the giveaway post. 

Each unique tag counts as one (1) entry.

Entry to this Promotion is free. Entrants will be responsible for all costs associated with entering the Promotion, which may include costs associated with accessing the internet and claiming and using the prize.

PRIZE DRAW

There will be a total of one (1) winner drawn randomly by chance by Spell HQ marketing staff.

•  All decisions of Spell are final and binding and no further discussions will be entered into.
• The draw will take place on Monday, September 14, 2026.
• The winner will be notified via Instagram DM from the official @spell account only.
• If the winner does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, a redraw will occur. 

PRIZES

One (1) winner will receive a prize pack consisting of:

i) 1x Spell Gift Card valued at $500 AUD (valid for three years and redeemable at http://aus.spell.co/ or in-store at any of Spell’s Stores).

ii) 1x two-night stay at Verandah House Estate https://vhcountryestate.com.au/. Includes 2 x 60-minute massages or La Gaia Rose Quartz facials and complimentary use of the hot tubs, infrared sauna, barrel sauna and magnesium pool. (Stay excludes Xmas period and public holiday weekends)

iii) 1 x bottle of Brookies x Spell Adventure Club Cosy Campfire Cocktail 

Total prize pool value is approximately AUD $2,500.

Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

EXCLUSIONS

Flights, transport to/from Verandah House Estate, travel insurance, and additional spending money are not included in the prize and are the sole responsibility of the winner.
