Looking for an exciting opportunity to work with a values-led fashion brand this Summer? Spell is seeking passionate Summer Store Casuals to join our Byron Bay retail team during our busiest (and most exciting) time of year.
As a Summer Store Casual, you'll help deliver an exceptional customer experience during the festive season. You'll bring energy and enthusiam to every shift, ensuring our store runs smoothly and customers feel welcomed and inspired.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide warm, genuine customer service to all visitors
- Support daily store operations, including stock, styling and maintaining a beautiful store environment
- Assist with visual merchandising and ensuring displays reflect the Spell aesthetic
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales goals and deliver an inspiring customer experience
